Jesse Katsaris

Professional biography

Jesse Katsaris is a Nevada telecommunications, technology and public-sector leader with experience building broadband infrastructure, operating businesses, leading technology organizations, developing software and managing major capital projects.

Jesse founded and owned Northern Nevada Internet Services from 2013 through 2023, building and operating regional wireless broadband infrastructure and leading the business through its sale. Since 2018, he has led public-sector technology at Pershing County School District. He founded Stillwater Software in 2023 and previously served as Systems Administrator at Coeur Rochester Mine from 2014 through 2018.

His lifelong construction and project-management experience began working alongside his father and continues to shape his approach to infrastructure, planning, accountable execution, and long-term stewardship.
